For automation-only platforms. If a platform is already in your backup sync, its connector is included at no extra charge.

SQL Sync

How billing works

No tricks. Six rules, all in your favor.

Rounded by the million

Records and tokens round up to the next million. 1.4M records is billed as 2M. Simple to predict.

Peak daily count

We bill the highest daily count in the month, not a running tally. Deleting at month-end to game it does nothing, so we never police it.

No double-billing

If a platform is already in your backup sync, using it in automation is free. You never pay twice for the same connection.

Connection included

The first $30 for a platform covers connecting it and its first million records. No separate setup fee.

SQL is flat

$30 per mapped database, period. No per-record charge on top, no matter how much you mirror.

Per org, per month

Everything is billed by the organization, monthly. Add as many people as you like at no extra cost.

Do you charge per user?

No. Add your whole team. You are billed for records, tokens, connectors, databases, and domains, never for headcount.

What counts as a token?

Tokens are the unit of AI work AVA does for you. Asking, analyzing, and building all consume tokens from your org's monthly pool, at $30 per million.

Is automation billed per run?

No. Flows and executions are unlimited. You pay for the connectors a flow reaches, and only for connectors not already covered by your backup sync.
